Maureen has held roles including Director of Nursing, Clinical Supervisor, and Regional Director of Clinical Services. She holds a BSN and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant, with expertise in leadership, risk management, and education. As a Regional Resource Nurse, she has provided clinical support and consultation to skilled nursing communities across the region.

Corbin Sanchez is a nurse leader with a strong foundation in clinical operations, nursing informatics, and quality improvement. With over a decade in skilled nursing, she has led quality improvement initiatives and supported interdisciplinary care planning. In her role as Director of Staff Development & Infection Control, Heather is committed to fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of safety and care.

Leann is a seasoned nurse with over 15 years in long-term care and skilled nursing. She has served as an MDS Coordinator for 7 years and is AAPACN RAC-CTA certified. Her background includes roles in case management, DON leadership, and veterinary tech work. Leann has been a valued part of our team for the past year and three months.
